Read the first two, 5/3/1 and Beyond 5/3/1, which will introduce important principles and philosophy of the 5/3/1. Ive been weightlifting for ten years and of all the programming Ive tried nothing comes close to the 5/3/1. And thats why this book is receiving a high rating.
